When are RSVPs due?
We will include the final RSVP date in the formal invitation, but if you know that you will or will not be able to make it in advance, we encourage you to RSVP at your earliest convenience, so that we can plan accordingly.
Is the resort adults-only or family-friendly?
The resort is family-friendly, but our wedding events are all adult-only. If you would like to bring children, please let us know in advance and please plan to arrange childcare during the wedding events.
What does the room price include?
The room rates listed include occupancy for two people, all food, all drinks (including alcohol), and transfers to and from the airport.
Are there different room options or pricing tiers?
Yes! The entry level is the Family Club One Bedroom Suite, while the highest level is the Mirage Club Swim Up Suite. All rooms are suites, meaning that there is a living area and a separate sleeping area. All rooms also have an outdoor jacuzzi.
How do I book my flight and hotel?
We highly encourage you to book flights and hotel through our travel agent, Debbie Stubbs. Please see the "Rooms & Flights" tab for details.
When do I need to book my room?
The final date to book rooms and complete the final payment for rooms is February 27th, but we encourage you to book your room at your earliest convenience. Please book your room through our travel agent, Debbie Stubbs. More information can be found on the "Rooms & Flights" tab.
Are there any travel requirements or documents needed?
You will need a Passport, which will need to be valid through at least 6 months following your travel.
You will also need to complete an E-Ticket online, which is free to complete and our travel agent, Debbie, will help you with.
What airport should I fly into?
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). If you book the room through our travel agent and in our room block, the airport transfer is included in the room rate.
Can I extend my stay before or after the wedding?
Absolutely! The minimum stay is 3 nights per the resort, but we will likely stay a week. We welcome anyone to stay as long as they would like!
What is the dress code?
Wedding: Beach formal. Men should wear a suit or blazer with slacks - linen, cotton or a breathable material. Women should wear floor-length or cocktail dresses.
Resort Dinners & Events: Semi-Dressy. Men should wear a polo or collared shirt and long pants (required at some restaurants). Women should wear cocktail attire.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place on the beach and the reception will take place on the outdoor pool deck.
Will I have to walk in sand?
Yes, as the ceremony will take place on the beach, please plan to walk in the sand during the ceremony.
Are there activities or excursions available?
Yes, we will be hosting a boat outing (details TBD), and other activities can be found on the "Activities" tab. The resort also hosts themed events and activities daily.
What currency is used? Should I bring cash?
Everything at the resort is paid for in advance, and payment is handled through our travel agent. If you do buy anything while there, it's paid for in US Dollars. Please remember that your credit card may have Foreign Transaction Fees. We recommend that you bring cash for tips and/or souvenirs.
What language is spoken?
Most people at the resort speak fluent English, but Spanish is the national language.
